Are we even Indian? Part 1

Introduction — Setting a reference point of view

I revisited Yuri Bezmenov’s lecture which talked about how the USSR in it’s prime conducted operations which spanned over a couple of decades

It definitely is important for you watch and understand each an every idea talked about in the video before you continue to read because I am gonna sound sexist, fascist and a bigot otherwise.

My goal is not to impose that the modern western view of Gender equality, that every human has rights, that one should not be xenophobic or one should the concept of discrimination is false which most of you who aren’t ready to question yourself into the abyss will accuse me of. My point here is to show you that all your beliefs are “so and so” because you have no choice

When I first saw the above video, you know what went through me? the last American had the guts to stand up for what he believed in. That a woman should be respected and protected this is the true American value of freedom and equality. Now when I see it, all I see is hypocrisy. Now don’t get the wrong notion that I am criticizing US because the people allowed this “wrong” to happen, who the fuck is an American to declare that hitting a woman is wrong?. In fact if I was a Muslim I would quote

Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband’s] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance — [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand — Quran 4:34

Now just by quoting this I am already assumed to be Islamophobic because 1. I am not a Muslim 2. I am only using this to prove a point to you that Islam is bad. Well the real reason you are uncomfortable right now is for some reason you are conditioned to think that you don’t understand Islamic culture and by questioning it you will considered intolerant, racist and all the other labels which you think are disgusting and what I am doing now is attacking your conditioning by questioning your beliefs and it’s a psychological fact that you will defend them like your life is dependent on them. In this case True Muslims would be on my side because I am not judging this verse from a liberal point of view (women are equal to men) and that I am actually educating the liberals about what Islam really is without slightest negative judgement.

I personally don’t subscribe to any ideology I just believe in the simple observation that complex living organism will dominate or associate with strength wherever it’s possible and since humans can form ideas they use these ideas to gain power that’s the reality everything else is a fantasy.

The American way of thought

You may call the rioters anti American, you may call racism anti American, you may call the communists anti American but don’t trust any man who speaks English and uses internet to be anti American because no matter how degradingly you speak of America, an American would have already thought of it and expressed it. YES true Americanism is constant unbiased evolution of thought enabled by their fundamental right of free speech. This evolution has no purpose what so ever it’s just enabled by the individual’s need of expression and being the capitalists that they are they exported this to the rest of the world through there pop culture. Now the world trend setter is the American media.

The best part is they discover foreign thoughts, interpret them in their own way and sell it to the rest of the world. Like the last Samurai it’s no doubt a fantasy but look at the sheer disrespect the movie does to the Japanese culture. A random white guy who in all “AMERICAN” standard is attractive and a sex symbol randomly gets accepted by the samurai and of course since he is the protagonist he definitely gets the girl. The impression that formed from the movie is doubt → “Wow the Japanese are so cool” but an American is always the hero. I am a nobody to say criticize America for doing this but I am an Indian and why the fuck should I be conditioned to think that an ideal man is the one who is what American media decides it to be? Do you know what’s the ideal macho man definition of India or any other culture for that matter?

American colonization of Indian thought is not ongoing but complete at least in mainstream Bollywood, where before opening up of the economy the films were mostly based on socialist principles of fighting against inequality, patriarchy etc. (These ideas themselves are not Indian) but anyway at present the top grossing movies highly emphasize on using English statements, alcohol normalization, party culture etc. We also objectify women in our music videos and sell them as women empowerment. It just baffles me how we sell woman objectification to men for money at the same time convincing woman of empowerment and choice. Your choice is only relevant because you like the attention and men are willing to pay for it if they immediately stop sexualizing you will bankrupt.
